The European Microsoft Fabric Community Conference 2024 is behind us, which took place on September 24-27, 2024 in Stockholm. The conference, attended by the EBIS team, attracted experts from all over Europe, offering over 130 educational sessions and workshops on Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, and artificial intelligence.

What was the European Microsoft Fabric Community Conference 2024?

This is one of the most important events in the data analytics and Microsoft solutions industry. During four days, participants had the opportunity to explore technological innovations, participate in sessions led by leading experts and establish valuable contacts with professionals from around the world.

The conference began with an exclusive Partner Day, attended by EBIS CEO – Mateusz Bazan. It was a great opportunity to exchange experiences with Microsoft representatives and other technology partners. In addition to the opportunity to participate in sessions dedicated to Microsoft Fabric, it was also an opportunity to meet with industry leaders, which resulted in numerous inspiring conversations.

Our experts were also present at the conference: Dominik Dębowski – Development Manager and BI Architect and Jacek Nosal – BI Consultant and Trainer. Both actively participated in sessions, workshops and discussion panels, sharing their knowledge and drawing inspiration from conversations with experts from all over Europe.

Key moments from FabConEurope 2024

During the event, the EBIS team participated in numerous sessions and meetings that allowed us to learn even more about the possibilities offered by Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. Here are some of the highlights of the conference:

• New features in Microsoft Fabric – during educational sessions, we learned about the latest platform updates that will certainly help our customers manage their data even more effectively.

• Opening Keynote – an energetic, inspiring lecture introduced participants to the latest trends in the world of data analytics and presented Microsoft Fabric development plans for the coming years.

• Networking sessions – both Partner Day and the following days of the conference were an excellent opportunity to establish contacts with industry professionals. Our team had the opportunity to talk to leaders and practitioners from many countries around the world, including Poland and Sweden, building valuable business relationships.

• Power BI Maps – Discussed many times during the sessions, maps were an important topic for many conference participants. As Jacek Nosal noted, maps were present in almost every Power BI presentation, which shows their growing importance in the context of data visualization.

As a Fabric Featured Partner and Microsoft Solutions Partner, the EBIS team not only actively participated in the conference, but also shared its experience in implementing advanced analytical solutions.
