On September 4, 2024, we took part in an intensive training course Akademia Trenera I (Instructional Skills Certification). This event was a unique opportunity for us to develop coaching competences, necessary in working with business clients.

What did we learn during the Akademia Trenera I training?

The training focused on several key aspects that are the foundation of effective business training:

  • Research of the needs. We have explored techniques for independent customer needs research, which allows us to precisely match training content to specific business requirements.
  • Designing effective training. We learned how to create training programs that not only educate but also engage participants, leading to real changes in the organization.
  • Conducting training using best practices. We have learned modern teaching methods that make our training more interactive and effective in transferring knowledge.
  • Evaluating Training Effectiveness. We discussed strategies for evaluating and measuring training outcomes to ensure they are delivering the intended results for our clients.

Microsoft Trainer Certification

Akademia Trenera I is not only about developing skills, but also a step towards obtaining the prestigious Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certificate. Completion of this training, confirmed by the Instructional Skills Certification certificate, is one of the requirements for joining the MCT program. This allows our trainers to further improve in the field of training in Microsoft solutions such as Power BI and Fabric.

Thanks to the acquired skills, we can even better support our clients in the process of implementing and using BI tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Our knowledge and experience allow us to provide training that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our business partners.
