Data Engineer – Data&AI Consultant

We design and deliver end-to-end analytical solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure, helping our clients turn data into real business value. We work with modern cloud architectures, advanced analytics, and scalable data platforms.

We are growing and currently looking for a Data Engineer Consultant who wants to work with modern data platforms, take ownership of analytical solutions, and develop their expertise in Microsoft’s latest analytics ecosystem.

Your role

As a Data Engineer Consultant, you will work on real business problems and deliver analytical solutions from data ingestion to insight.

Responsibilities:

Designing, developing, and maintaining analytical solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
Building semantic models and analytical datasets (Lakehouse / Warehouse)
Creating interactive Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements
Developing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes (Fabric Data Pipelines / ADF)
Optimizing Power BI models and DAX for performance and scalability
Supporting the development of a modern BI and analytics platform in the Microsoft ecosystem
Gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
Preparing technical and project documentation
Collaborating closely with customers and building long-term relationship

We expect:

Experience & skills:

Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in BI / Data / SQL development
Commercial experience with Microsoft Power BI
Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Azure SQL, SQL Server)
Experience with Microsoft Fabric or strong experience with Azure BI stack and readiness to work with Fabric:
- Lakehouse / Warehouse
- Data Pipelines (Fabric / ADF)
- Power BI Semantic Models
Practical knowledge of DAX and Power BI optimization techniques
Experience in building ETL / ELT processes
Experience in requirements gathering and working with business stakeholders

Nice to have:

Experience with Azure Synapse / Azure Data Lake
Familiarity with AI supported analytics or advanced analytical scenarios
Consulting or customer-facing experience

Strong analytical thinking
Ability to understand business needs and propose effective technical solutions
Good organization of your own work
Very good communication skills
Good knowledge of Polish and English
