Last weekend turned out to be a great opportunity for our EBIS team to integrate. Like every year, we met at a company trip, which not only provided us with unforgettable experiences, but also allowed us to get to know each other better and strengthen our relationships. This time, our integration was full of various attractions, and each participant found something for themselves.

Lunch together – the beginning of a successful day

We started the day with a joint lunch, which created the perfect opportunity for conversations in a relaxed atmosphere. It was a great moment to exchange impressions, both about everyday work and upcoming projects. At the table, we could get to know the new team members better and share experiences from the past year.

Team-building game “The Seventh Element” – cooperation and competition

After the meal, it was time for one of the main attractions of the trip – the team-building game “Seventh Element”. This innovative formula, known from escape room games, required cooperation, creativity and commitment from us, which united our team even more. Together we had to solve puzzles, combining forces and using our various skills. It was not only great fun, but also a chance to improve communication and cooperation in the group.

Various forms of relaxation

After an eventful afternoon, it was time to relax. Each participant had the opportunity to choose a form of relaxation that suited their preferences. Some of us chose the jacuzzi, others relaxed in the gym, and for lovers of quieter entertainment, we prepared board games and cards. Thanks to this, everyone could find something for themselves and recharge their energy before the evening attractions.

Evening dinner and fun – music, karaoke and PUB QUIZ

The day ended with a joint dinner, after which a dance party began with the music of a DJ. The mood was good and the dance floor filled up quickly. For those who wanted to try their hand at singing, we prepared karaoke, which provided us with a lot of laughter and positive emotions. We also organized a PUB QUIZ, which turned out to be a real hit of the evening. Participants competed in various categories, and the quiz showed how broad and diverse the knowledge of our team is.

Summary of the integration trip

The EBIS 2024 integration trip provided us with many unforgettable moments and opportunities to get to know each other better outside the work environment. We would like to thank everyone for participating and the fantastic atmosphere, which made this weekend a memorable one. We are looking forward to the next meetings, which will bring our team even closer together!
