On November 26-30, 2024, the exciting IKF Korfball Champions League Round 2 took place in Twardogóra. As EBIS, we had the honor of being one of the sponsors of this unique event, which brought together the best korfball teams from all over Europe.

Sporting emotions at the highest level

The tournament took place at the GOSiR Twardogóra sports complex and attracted 10 teams from different countries, including Germany, England, Portugal, the Czech Republic and Catalonia. Participants competed in two groups, fighting for places in the finals and qualifications for the KCL Challenger Final, which will be held in January 2025 in Turkey.

The games were an opportunity to test new korfball rules, such as modifications to restarts and game time. Each day of the tournament provided viewers with unforgettable experiences and a fierce fight for every point.

We are especially proud that our colleague from the EBIS team, Izabela Kołodziejczyk, participated in the competition, representing the Defenders Korfball Wrocław team. Iza has once again shown that passion and commitment bring excellent results, both on the pitch and in everyday work. Congratulations to her and the entire team for their great performance!
