Effective Performance Management training – July 16, 2024
We’re not slowing down! Yesterday, on July 16, 2024, the EBIS Team participated in an in-depth training program focused on Effective Performance Management. This comprehensive session provided us with the skills and knowledge necessary to elevate our project and team management capabilities to new heights.
What skills did we improve?
During this intensive training, we delved into several key aspects crucial for effective management.
Motivating effectively and providing constructive feedback
We learned how to inspire and motivate our team members, ensuring they felt appreciated for their achievements. Additionally, we acquired techniques for delivering feedback in a way that corrected actions without discouraging team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Prioritizing tasks based on sound business criteria
This segment of the training was dedicated to understanding how to prioritize tasks in a manner that aligned with our business goals and objectives. By applying rational business criteria, we ensured our efforts were focused on activities that delivered the most value to the organization.
Efficient task delegation with different levels of responsibility
Effective delegation is a critical skill for any manager. In this part of the training, we explored strategies for assigning tasks in a way that matched the right level of responsibility to the right team member, promoting efficiency and accountability within our projects.
We enhanced our skills under the supervision of an expert
The training was led by Daniel Kowalski, a highly respected expert in the field. His extensive experience and profound knowledge provided invaluable insights that we could apply directly to our work.
We were excited about this opportunity to enhance our skills and are eager to implement these best practices in our daily activities. This training not only improved our individual competencies but also aimed to drive the collective success of our team and projects. As we continue to grow and develop, we remain committed to achieving excellence in everything we do.
